meat slicer Berkel Model 9 (1936- 1969) The
machine features smaller dimensions than theother models, due to the cart’s
movementon bearings guidedonone side by bachelite rails, the driving
mechanism (system) is similar to model 8, that is with helicoidal screw and comb
complete with spring, the drive is manual by meansof flywheel. Sharpener and
cap are placed in the upper side adjacent to the blade which measures Model
9 was produced by Berkel between the thirties and sixties, and precisely from
1936 to 1969
