This model 3 was produced by Berkel during the 900 and precisely from 1918 to 1922

The proposed model has been professionally restored with complete disassembling, sanding (very important for the quality and duration of the finishing) and subsequent polishing and chromium-plating, and replacing of worn out parts and mechanisms such as foot, blade, and ham’s support plate which would have compromised the proper functioning of the machine. Existing part’s movements and tolerances have been adjusted. Final kiln varnishing and decoration with repositioning of new labels. ( The final varnishing can be made in accordance to customer’s request. Recently, upon specific customer’s request, some models have been restored in black or cream color)
