Berkel Model L (1907 - 1916)

Ancestor of the Model 3 this rare Model L was built at the beginning of the century between 1907 and 1916.

Features a 350 mm blade with chrome sharpener and metal glove. The machine inherits the technical details and construction as well as aesthetic models C (1898) and D (1905).

 

The proposed model Berkel Slicing Machines has been professionally restored restored with complete disassembling, sanding (very important for the quality and duration of the finishing) and subsequent polishing and chromium-plating, and replacing of worn out parts and mechanisms such as foot, blade, and ham’s support plate which would have compromised the proper functioning of the machine. Existing part’s movements and tolerances have been adjusted. 

 

Optional: Cast Iron pedestal.

Two Options:

A) Cast iron pedestal simple.

B) Cast iron pedestal original and signed Berkel.

The two differents pedestal have the same weight ( Kg.70) and height ( cm.77)
